Nhl 25 HUT 84 overall hughes brothers choice pack missing

Question

I pre ordered NHL 25 on septmeber 10th (I have proof) my Xbox gamer tag is haxxgaminghd and still haven't received the choice pack. I've never game shared, and I want this as I am entitled to it. I've had 5 "cases" about this. Every single time I'm told wait, just wait. Zero timeline, zero help, zero compensation.&nbsp;

Same, I contacted them weeks ago and they confirmed it was a bug.

It still isn't fixed. I tried to contact support again but am unable to request a refund or speak to a human. Attached is proof of the transcript and the support infinite loop.

I've already disputed the credit card transaction. I suggest you do the same.
