Anytime I try to do anything online I instantly get the error code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 and get sent to the main menu. The game is legitimately unplayable. This has been 2 weeks now on an account that has worked and even on a brand new account made for testing. This is occurring on PS5.
Ok i tried clearing console cache, no good, but my son is able to play on his account on my ps5 with no issues gotta be something with ea account maybe
Community ManagerWe think it has to do with accounts that have multiple platform accounts on them that are on the same club. It's possible that glitches the club going forward. Did you try having everyone leave the club and rejoin?
Ii don't play world of Chel at all only play hockey ultimate team mode

I did see someone mention that it started after they set up their strategies, I was also playing with my strategies not long before this started
