NHL 25 shut off my console

When I play NHL 25 my console keeps shutting off and I have to unplug and re plug it in to turn it back on. This doesn’t happen with games like cyberpunk which are twice as many GB. Is there any way ...

Hi there. We don't know yet what is causing this as we haven't been able to reproduce it. I did hear from one person that it stopped happening with a new console. We haven't determined if it's a hardware issue or related to the game since we can't reproduce it.

Hey, If it was a hardware issue, it probably would be happening with other games and not only EA sports games. I've been myself trying to reproduce it but it always happens at random times so it's hard to say for sure.
