Purchased NHL 25 starter pack on psn store and received my 500 coins but not the hut prime pack. Please help

Still no pack after purchasing. Unable to get any help through EA help which is set up terribly.

Support is not able to help with this. As I mentioned, we are still investigating this issue.
Oh im sure you all are working so diligently on this issue. How about you send me my money back then until you figure it out? You have no problems taking money, but giving people what they pay for now that is something EA truly cares about.

Today I got mine prime pack.. BUT ITS UNTRADEABLE?!? WHAT?!?
Same. All untradeable, but was all junk anyway. lol
