NHL 25 trial crash XBOX Series X

This have not happened for me in any NHL game before. I was playing franchise mode and the game suddenly closed down and showed the trial message "4 hours left". Booted it up again and my game was gone and nothing saved in Franchise Mode because I turn off the auto save feature. This makes me worried about buying the final product.

    Hi there. Unfortunately, since auto save is turned off, you'll need to gain that progress back. As far as the crash goes, we're going to need more details. My recommendation is to keep playing and if it happens again, get me some steps detailing how it occurred. Video would be excellent to have as well. Thanks!
