I have a same problem with you, i had open the case and EA customer Experience asked me to obtain the PSN ID and its linking email 4 days ago! Now I’m waiting the reply. How about you?
Please check your case to make sure it does not say "Waiting on player". If you responded, it should say it was updated.

Are you sure you're responding to the right case? Unfortunately, I'm not able to look up your account so I can't verify if your message was received. Normally, waiting on player means the advisor is waiting to hear back from you. It would be good to respond again. Make sure you are responding in the case itself and not by sending an email.
