NHL25 crashes all the time in game

What about being on a One X? Is that the console they are playing on?

This game is not available on Xbox one or One X.

So I have no sharing of this game on two console. Only played on Series X, and I only have one.

It sounds like you're saying you're game sharing with someone on Xbox One. Which should be impossible. Could you clarify what you meant by this? Thanks!

I meant I share my other games that I had before the Series X. Not NHL25.

Thanks for clearing that up. This issue is currently being investigated. I'll provide an update when I have some news.

This is the exact problem I’m having. The only game that it’s happening with is NHL25 I’m on a series X. I’ve tried everything. Factory reset, re install, delete locally saved files, unplugged all USB’s, turned down graphics, reinstalled profile, deleted all other profiles off of my Xbox, called internet provider. I’m a returning customer since 2010. I’ve played in a 6’s club with the same guys for many years. It started happening last year a little bit. But now it seems to be happening almost every game. Making the game unplayable. I’m at the point of selling this Xbox and buying a new one.  If anything is available for me to to try I will. The reason I don’t think it’s the box is because every other game I play there isn’t any crashing issue. 

Seems to be getting worse. Trying to finish just the Memorial cup in Be A Pro, and I can't finish any game now, even if I clear a bunch of stuff before each time I try.

Also same, other games work fine.

I've been stuck in this same cycle as you & am at the point where I think it's either something glitching via EA or perhaps a Power Supply issue in my Xbox - But that even being said NHL25 is the only game I have this issue with as a whole.. Frustrating!!!

Are you saying disabling game share fixed the crashing issue ? 

I feel as if we are getting booted out of a specific server.. but then I hear a previous comment that it happens in an offline mode. So then I think it’s something with the power supply. The strangest of em all. It doesn’t happen in any other game 

So my series x has been shutting down mid game also. Usually after playing the second wildcard game. It shuts down everytime I play wildcard or an exhibition game with my buddies. The other day I checked to see if there was an update on the console and there was. So I updated it. And it hasn't shut down on me yet. But I'll keep you updated if it works. 

Mine is on auto-update, but I will check to be sure.

I've tried many things but no real solution. The only suggestion is to buy a new console, since I know some people who have the game with zero issues.

This is depressing. Doesn't seem like EA or XBOX will do anything.
