I play NHL25 on the Xbox Series S and I am not able to start the game anymore.
For about a Week or two, I am not able to open the game anymore. I tried reinstalling the game several times and it didn’t seem to help in anyway. I do not get any error messages, the game just closes itself after the starting screen.
Is there anyway to fix that, so that I am able to play again?
Community ManagerYou didn't specify that you factory reset your Xbox. That's why I suggested it.
Does it work if you use a different gamertag?
If I try to start the game with a different Account it works. But I want my main account. I paid money into that Account so I want that Account to play with.
