Not getting Protect the Net Collectibles

Hi all, anyone else having problems getting their Protect the Net Collectibles? I’ve completed Wilcard, PTN Hut Moments Week 1, and Week 1 PTN Objectives. I’ve also claimed my free PTN Collectible Pack everyday since event release; Somehow I only have 4 Protect the Net Collectibles. Anyone else have this problem?
