Ping issues NHL25

I play eshl in Europe my friend in US and I have ping 120 my friend 60. I know it’s gonna be like that but now it’s all the time and doesn’t matter who is party leader . In nhl 24 when I was party leader , game search players from Europe , but now it’s all the time bad… we try to play online versus and we have 140 me and my friend …. Someone know how to fix it .
