Player stuck in trade pile

I got base 81 Brady Tkachuk from a pack and put him straight into my trade pile to sell him. Now I cannot sell him or put him into my collection. When trying to auction I get a "Item already part of an active offer" message. When trying to put into my collection I get "This item cannot be added to the set". I don't know if this is related to my making the 85 Next Gen Tim Stutzle, since I had to use the same card to make that set. However, I got this card (a 2nd one) from a pack after I had already done that, and double checked that he's not part of that set now. Basically went into trade pile and can't do anything with him now. All other players seem to be working fine for the trade pile.
