Player wont move with puck

Community ManagerHi there. Which system are you playing on and which controller are you using? Also, which control layout are you using? Skill Stick, Hybrid or Total Control?
Xbox series x and a xbox controller. I connect with a usb cable, skill stick. I also tried total control thanks
