Players feel like they're skating in mud

Question

I have a good wired connection and ping is down etc but my players feel like they're skating in mud and the opposition just walks past me regardless of the players overall.

I've tried everything from changing DNS and clearing cache but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help?

Hey there. You can try unplugging your modem/router for a couple of minutes and then plugging it back in. After that, make sure you hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off and then turning it back on again.

Thanks I'll try hard resetting it in a bit, I did unplug my router but it was still the same.
