Problem with connect account

I was logged in to an email address that I had lost and when I wanted to log in to ea fc 25 I saw that the connection had been lost and I couldn't even change the email address and it kept telling me to reconnect to the eamil account that I had lost. 

Please help.

    Try going to myaccount.ea.com. Log in there and go through verification. Then, completely close out NHL 25 and load back into it. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Happened to me in NHL 25 sending the verification code to a non-existing email address. I can’t retrieve it because I don’t even remember what the email address was.

  • This happened to me. The only way I fixed it is to start another EA account with a new email address and use that one and they send a verification code to that email address. The only problem is you have to do it every time you log on to play the game.

    I'll still try to help because this sounds like it might be account related. Can you give me some better details? I don't quite understand what the issue is. Are you unable to log in to FC 25?
