RIVALS giving me only div 6 players while in div 2

In my recent games menu it says I have not played a game since december 3 even though I play pretty much daily. I get 0 skill rating points for wins but receive the other rewards for playing games. I...

If you are only getting Div 6 players, it means that's all who's available at that time. There are going to be more players in lower divisions than in Div 2 so they will come up more frequently.

I get you’re trying to help my dude but I’m not a noob to this game. I know there is something wrong with my account having an issue with pairing me with the right opponents.
