RIVALS giving me only div 6 players while in div 2

In my recent games menu it says I have not played a game since december 3 even though I play pretty much daily. I get 0 skill rating points for wins but receive the other rewards for playing games. I...

Located in the Toronto area and everyone I know in the area is not having the same issue as me.
