Servers are down AGAIN!

Normally, when it's just players in a particular region that can't connect, it's an issue with their ISP. Which ISP are you both on? Also, when this happens, can you change your connection to a mobile hotspot and connect? If so, that means the problem is with your ISP since a totally different connection works.

I have to agree with o3p36dwjqv5a on this one..Here in Finland I've also witnessed server error-messages many times allthough EA claims the servers are working properly, all the other games I'm playing work fine online when that happens so I would not blame it on the connection.. Just sounds strange that a connection issue would only affect one specific game but not others..

From across the pond over here and I was getting the same thing as well on wired PS5 connection w 387mbps download and 37 mbps upload speeds would have completed all tiers of extra XP last night if not for that problem

You should be able to hit highlight NHL 25 under Quick Resume and hit the Menu button. That's the small, hamburger button to the right under the Guide button. There should be an option there to remove it from Quick Resume.

We'll keep an eye out for other reports. At the moment, the servers are up and running so the best I can do is go through troubleshooting.

What console are you on and is a wired or wireless connection being used? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

OK, thanks, the third power cycle did the trick. Just for future issues like that: how exactly can I remove the game from the "Quick Resume Menu" [I only recently got the XBOX Series X]?

Since I can play "Warface" without any issues it hardly can be a ISP/Network problem. My network is up and running and NHL25 ist the only game that gives me a headache.

The servers are currently up. Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Then, load back into the game and let me know if it's working or not. You may also need to remove it from the Quick Resume menu.

We're not aware of the servers being down every weekend. That sounds like more of a connection issue or a problem with your ISP. Let me know if you want to go through some troubleshooting.

Servers down every weekend in europe, finland. Great to play! This game is so awful that i almost puke...nhl 24 was even better. Ea even give players any refund when this masterpiece not work....i like it, also ea likes my money...roll the dice and see whos gonna win!! Maybe put some magic tricks in to the game, i like it. Does anyone know where i can write a feedback? In my language, english support team says, choose you country in support list and write them. Jep, only problem is there's no my country customer support, great work again ea! Thumbs up!
