My online modes still aren't working on PS5 because it says EA servers are down. Time is currently 7:26am EST on October 30th, 2024. This has been going on since yesterday for me. No other game I 9wn is having this issue including other EA Sports games. I have not tried NHL 24 to see if it happens there.

Hello - can someone help. I would like a refund for NhL 25 - can’t play HUT for 5 days now. I tried rebooting my modem, but nhl 24 and other games works just not nhl 25

Hello. You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
