Hello - can someone help. I would like a refund for NhL 25 - can’t play HUT for 5 days now. I tried rebooting my modem, but nhl 24 and other games works just not nhl 25

Not only are the servers down more than they should but now even players disappear from the lineup+all my lines get messed up in HUT.. I mean come on! Seriously WT actual F??? Never have I experienced a game that is this broken and as utter garbage as NHL 25... Congrats, EA! You just achieved the title of "creator of the worst game ever"!

I have not heard of the servers going down frequently. How often are you unable to connect? Are your players disappearing from your collection or just from the lineup?

Hello. You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
