I still have no vibration as well (Xbox series S).
I purchased the early access version over a week ago and I’m really debating if I should get a refund since it doesn’t look like this will be fixed anytime soon.
I got my refund. Im done with it. EA says they are “looking into it” aka they wont update it until December at best. Its been a plaguing issue since NHL 22 so the likelihood of them figuring it out now is low

Where were you able to talk to someone to get a refund? I’d like to do the same.

Yeah me too, I want to know how to get a refund of the game. I tried EA support but they said I would have to talk to Xbox about refund since I bought the game in Microsoft store. Only problem is that there are no phone-number or chat support for Xbox, not that I can find?
Since I play it on my PS5 instead because the vibration works there at least. This is definitely the last EA game I will ever pay for tbh. So disappointed. Also not good support from the people I talked to at EA about this problem. I have paid for a function that is not working.

We are still investigating this issue. Hopefully, we'll see it addressed in an update. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait for the patch details to be released before there's any news on this.
You'll have to contact Microsoft support to see if a refund is possible.
