Still no controller vibration Xbox NHL25

Community ManagerOur patches typically cover a bunch of different issues at once. We aren't going to release one patch for controller vibration. It takes time to fix and test this so chances are good it won't be addressed until one of the big updates. There is no ETA on that currently.
That is an absolutely unacceptable response to a consumer. You have an obligation to release whatever patch to address a concern. Gaslighting that person because you find their request annoying or inconvenient to your status quo is completely unacceptable.
Any person that is not given the controller vibration is not only entitled to an immediate fix, they should be refunded for the game and given compensation as a thank you for their support and patience. Your complete lack of any care for consumers is evident and cannot be tolerated any longer.
I agree. I payed EA over 100 bucks for the deluxe edition on Xbox. No vibration and no refund. It works perfectly fine when I play on my PS5. I am never going to buy anything again from EA. They are scammers!!!!
