I agree. I payed EA over 100 bucks for the deluxe edition on Xbox. No vibration and no refund. It works perfectly fine when I play on my PS5. I am never going to buy anything again from EA. They are scammers!!!!

We never give an ETA on fixes. The best I can tell you is that it's being investigated and we'll have to wait to wait for a future update for it to be addressed.
So its not even a priority? It’s a broken product, go to your superiors and get the ETA. All we know it will be maybe fixed in next ”big update” that is 26?
