The server encountered an unexpected condition

Question

Went away for 2-3 days, and this happened. When I open the EA menu in-game, I have 0 friends. I instead see the message "Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request. The server encountered an unexpected condition."

This has happened to some of my friends, but they seem to have it back on. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, went on my PC on the EA website, nothing. What is happening?!

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
