Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

I believe this is related to an issue that is either resolved now or will be shortly. You may need to shut down NHL 25 and open it again. Probably good to just try it every 30 minutes or so.

It's been a couple days any update? The trial worked before the free weekend but no longer works. It tells me I have 9 hours of trial left but then says invalid account once the game tries to connect to EA servers.

  Seriously?? Do you need one week for fix it? Get to work. It's not working for me also on xbox. It's not on our end. It's your fault. Classic EA
