Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Active EA play account and ps plus. Its hard to keep trying over and over again because that still counts as trial time , i lost almost a half hour to trying over and over again. I will pm you my information
