Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

having the same issue....
I think the problem with the EA play subscription is that you've added the NHL25 Trial license to your account. When I try to add the normal version with it says something went wrong in the PS store. You can probably only have one license from the game and not two which is why it gives the error.
I'll try contacting sony that they invoke my nhl trial license and maybe it'll work
