Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

- Do you have EA Play?
- Did you participate in the free play weekend?
- When did you sign up for EA Play? Before or after the free play weekend.
