Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Hey, everyone. We're still investigating this. For those of you on Xbox, please let me know the following:

  • Do you have EA Play?
  • Did you participate in the free play weekend?
  • When did you sign up for EA Play? Before or after the free play weekend.

I know some of you have already mentioned these and I've passed that on to the team. Thanks!

    I have EA play. 
    I believe I did participate in it since I played last week?
    I had EA play before play weekend.

    I have it through Game Pass Ultimate, definitely before.
