Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

yes I have EA play (it works on every other game). No I did not participate in the free play weekend. I signed up a long time ago for EA play but just tried to access my 10 hour trial yesterday. Wasted about an hour of my trial time trying to trouble shoot.

Thanks. We just needed those details from Xbox users. We're still working on this issue for both platforms though. I'll post an update when I have one.
