Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Hello, everyone. This should be resolved. Xbox players, please try again. For those of you on PS, you'll need to restore your licenses and then launch the trial again. Instructions for restoring licenses can be found here. Please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Restoring licenses did not work. Tried it in setting and directly in game collection

    Try clearing your system cache as well. Those instructions are here.

      Tried reinstalling, clearing cache, restoring license; still nothing works on PS5.

        Same here, have tried all of the above and still will not work for me on PS5.
