Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerI believe this is related to an issue that is either resolved now or will be shortly. You may need to shut down NHL 25 and open it again. Probably good to just try it every 30 minutes or so.
It still isn't resolved 5 days later. Any update on this. Game has no problem taking away my trial time for all the failed attempts though.

Hello. This issue is still being ivnestigated.
Ya ever ginan fix anything in this game or just say you do but don't. Just got the trial for ky son's PS and this is happening. Done all the licensing BS and beyond. Would love the refund to EA play I just signed up for through PS also just for it. Absolute embarrassment this company has become.
