Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerThere's been a little confusion here so I just want to make sure I'm clear. This is what I need to know: Did any of you on PS5 ever download the game during the free play weekend (Feb 13th - 16th) or have you only downloaded the game as part of your EA Play Subscription?
downloaded as part of my ea play subscription, uninstalled today and reinstalled through the ea play portal and still the same issue (ps5)
