Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

downloaded as part of my ea play subscription, uninstalled today and reinstalled through the ea play portal and still the same issue (ps5)

Can you get a screenshot of the button you're hitting that is causing this error?
I am getting the error when I try and go into CHEL. Will have to screenshot it tonight when I get home.
