Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerThanks for letting me know iCaamr and ertsou0422. I've passed this on to the team. Also, where are you blocked? Is it when loading into the game or when loading into different modes?

I am getting the error when I try and go into CHEL. Will have to screenshot it tonight when I get home.
