Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I have paid for easy access twice actually and it still says trial permissions aren’t granted or some crap. I contacted customer service and got the oh just wait and see if it’s been fixed. It’s been weeks and still nothing it shows ea access on my ps5 but on my ea account it doesn’t even show that ea access is purchased( yes same account) the only reason I purchased ea access was for chel but I can’t even play it and used almost 3 hours trying to trouble shoot and keep getting on to see if I can play yet. Have yet to be able to even create my player profile it gives me that error as soon as I try to load into chel
