Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Guys pleaseeeee fix this holy smokes I only bought the ea play trial for NHL 25 and this is actually unreal I basically wasted 10 bucks for the subscription and now I can’t even get my money back. Legit all I wanted to do was just play a single CHEL GAME with my friends and I can’t even do that. I thought maybe like a week in okay you guys would have a fix but it’s been almost 2 weeks and absolutely nothing besides the usual “we’re still investigating” cmon guys be serious you have people waiting to play something they PAID FOR.
