Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

I absolutely understand the frustration. The best I can tell you is that we're trying to get this fixed as soon as possible.

i keep getting a message saying the trail permission couldnt find the user.
