Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerI believe this is related to an issue that is either resolved now or will be shortly. You may need to shut down NHL 25 and open it again. Probably good to just try it every 30 minutes or so.
It’s been almost a month and there is no fix. This company is falling apart.. I paid for multiple months of ea access and I can’t play chel lol I don’t believe ea has an intention of fixing this!! If so it would have been done already
