Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Try rebuilding the database and clearing the system cache with the instructions here. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I’ve done this too and nope.. it’s 100% on ea and their permissions. Because they turned off trial permissions it now affected ea access and not just the general public.
