Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

    Not yet. We'll have to wait until this is fixed. Currently, there are no workarounds.

      Well I guess no surprise another ea game that can't work right
