Trial Permission could not be found found for this user
I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Community ManagerBeen an issue for me for over a month and there is no fix coming from EA. Basically have to wait to see if EA decides to fix it.. probably a ploy to make you buy the game instead of allowing you to play the trial. I wasn’t able to play chel on the trial so I refuse to spend money on the full game
This really couldn't be more false. If that were the case, we wouldn't have a trial to begin with. We are working to fix this as soon as possible.
It's actually seeming 100% truth.
