Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

    Having the same issues still.. Nothing ever works on EA the quality is insanely bad nowadays..
