iv been reading through some of these issues people have been bringing up, as so far you guys at ea just point at anything but your game. so many issues for a game that you make every year, and it's only getting worse. how can it be a software issue if it only happens on NHL 25 and how can people only lag out of ea serves but it's a ISP issue when it doesn't happen on any other game. when can you guys just own up to it and just say we are looking into these issues or come up with a hey try these? we consistently pay for NHL and this is what we get

Community ManagerThis is a different issue. I'm not saying it's not something specifically with NHL. The problem is that we can't reproduce it. If we can't do that, we can't find out why this is happening and get it resolved.
