Unable to connect to EA servers

Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I’m in New Zealand and it the first time this has happened to me had the game 3 years and now I haven’t been able to play it in a week wondering if its my wifi or the Ea servers?

Glad to hear it's working for you. I saw another report that it was resolved as well. 

Working for NHL?? I gotta check when I get home, but I really hope

I too have been having the same issue w nhl 23 in southeast Michigan. Glad to see I'm not the only one 

Alabama WOW I have done everything including rebooting modem and router over 24 hours now

Anyone talk to a WOW rep? I just don't want to call and listen to their first level support tell me to reboot my modem 😭
