Unexpected Error...

Apart from the fact that errors in EA NHL games are NOT unexpected, and should therefore be given another name at the very least- does anyone have any info on how to best go about avoiding this error? We had an 84 game win streak unceremoniously terminated on account of this. And we never even reached the opening faceoff. Is it asking too much for you to figure out a way not to screw a team over by gifting them a loss- for a game they never even played? It's pathetic.
