Unexpected error in the game consistently kicking me for no reason. Part 5

For the millionth time this year, the game has unexpectedly kicked me from games. I've cleared the system cache, and I've deleted and re-downloaded the game. But I am still getting kicked, and I've been docked two games for my season placements.

 

I don't know what y'all need to do on your end, but I'd like to be able to do my placements properly and not be docked with 2 (this season) losses/abandons

 

This is at least the third time I've posted here, and no one can give me an answer. Is there someone I can talk to and figure out what's going on. My team has now been docked wiht three losses in Club Finals all becaause the game caan't connect me even tho less than 24 hrs before I was playing no problem

    I totally get how frustrating this is. While some of us rarely have it happen, there are others that experience it a lot more frequently. For myself, I think it's happened twice since 25 launched. Unfortunately, it's been an extremely difficult one to track down. What I'd like you to do is send me your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID along with a time stamp of when it happened. If you can gather 2 or 3 of these, that would be great. I'll pass it on to the team to see if they can see what's happening at that time on your account.

    Does this also happen if you play without your club at the same frequency? If it doesn't, that probably means it's related to your club. Possibly, it's a customization being used with your arena or gear. You could try changing everything up.

    Does it happen mid-play or only during a stoppage? If it's during stoppages, possibly something in a replay is causing it. 

    Have you tried turning off crossplay?

    “Lost Connection. You have lost your connection to the EA Servers. Please check your network connection. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.”

    This is the third or fourth day I have been unable to play chel because of this occurrence.  Every game I join I get kicked out of. Each time this has happened, which much be a dozen times, I have checked my Internet connection, which has had no issues, 250mbs download, 0% packet loss. I am hard wired into my router. I have no idea what is going on. Before a few days ago I have had 0 issues with this. Now all of a sudden the game is unplayable.
