WOC Icon passing broken.

In WOC (3v3-5v5) since the most recent update 2 months ago. There is still no consistent ability to use icon passing. Im on Xbox series X and have triple-checked that me and 2 other friends have the most recent update as well the setting turned on in settings. it worked perfectly previous to EA turning it off. I really enjoy this feature and hoping it can be fixed.
