Community ManagerIs the only instance of this you've seen the example you mentioned of putting a forward on defense for one game or are there other examples you can get screenshots/video of so I can get this reported again?
I provided multiple pictures of this issue from multiple times in my franchise on this ticket for NHL 26.
First instance originally post was my team in a live game where they put a sniper on defence after an injury (AI did this). I had to go into edit line to put a defence man there to make sure they did not play a forward.
The other images I put where after playing 6 or 7 games and I went through view lines to see how bad it was (these were all AI teams that seemingly don't know how to do call ups when there are injuries - worse case was 2 centreman playing on the 3 d pairing for 1 team and only 1 player scratched).
I also put the link of my bug report I posted for NHL 25 for the exact same issue which goes over the exact same info and confirms this issue was also in NHL 24.
What other information do you need?
Current example of a playoff team that has 2 C/LW as their 3rd pairing D.
The only player they have scratched is a rookie goalie.
I simmed to my next game and checked again (giving the AI a chance to make the change - the wild played a game during that time) however nothing has changed.
How much more do you need or what other information is required?
