BaP - roster control

I guess this is a feature request, but can we have more roster control in this mode? If we put effort to get onto our favorite team, it kinda sucks to have the team trade away over half the roster after the first year.

Trades are exciting and all, but since the game doesn't tell you anything about trades whatsoever (unless you happen to see a trade announced for other teams in the ticker between games), it's kinda silly to have so many trades. 

Would be cool to be able to protect a certain number of players from trades so it feels like you're playing for your actual team instead of trying to figure out who is who constantly.
