This is a really weird bug, when you play shorthanded, your team attacks like it's a powerplay. In a 3 vs 5 situation I'm the only one defending and you know how it goes... Even in the lead late in the game my team attacks shorthanded for no reason, what the he*l?!
This is actually very similar to old NHL series "suicide hockey" ( In previous NHL games, the opponent did this for the last 5 minutes of the game regardless of the game situation.)... Can anything be done about this in be a pro?
yea that irks me to. usually I just stay around the center line but still get like a 2 on 1 or 3 on 1. then if they score it's my fault. I still wish they would get rid on al the negative penalties you get. like bad line defense, wrist shot power -3. how can I lose strength? I just don't gain any for that game geez. and have you noticed that opposing AI cherry picks? they will start to skate up and if you don't watch some turn around and go to your blue line or near center line. got caught a few times and they got breakaways. if I see it again, I'll post a video
Yes, I noticed that too. I even adjusted the strategies to Trap, 1-4, protect net, etc, yes even the Defenseman will forecheck ok the penalty kill. This is a topic for another thread but definitely bugged or something.
