The gameplay sliders issue has been reported. For the others, I'm going to need a video/screenshots showing what's happening. Thanks!

I have an Xbox and my sliders reset for me when I do this.

When I select to play a game in BAP, I have the options for minutes per period I want to play. “Custom, 5 min, 10min or 20min” If I select anything other than “custom” then the sliders automatically reset to the games default. Then you will have to go back and re do all of your sliders.

I think it says under “custom” this will allow you to play with your settings.

My sliders have never reset selecting “custom” when beginning a game.
